After rewiring the blower motor in my 1998 C2500 to a 4 relay setup, I wanted to retest the volts/amps to the blower motor for comparison. During the retest, I found that the voltage to the blower motor when it was on high was about 1 volt lower then it was before. After some testing, I found that the blower motor relay was suspiciously hot to the touch so it was time for some troubleshooting. One thing worth noting, despite the rewiring that was done to the blower, high speed was not altered in any way. And high speed would not cause the brown wire at the blower switch to melt like it did. Replacement blower relay: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01... All the clues for the hidden spider as of today: -It's in a Trailblazer or Tahoe video -It's under the hood, in the engine compartment -It's in the first 3 minutes and 55 seconds More clues will come until someone finds it! Good luck!
