How to replace the fuel sending unit in the 02-03 Trailblazers. I also show how the fuel gauge works and how to test what can be tested without special tools. The later models should be similar. One thing that I didn't mention in the video is that when the sending units start having a problem like the one I talked about, they eventually will not work at all. If you test it, it will read "open" through its range of travel. Credit to "the roadie" for posting the fuse 24 test for testing for a dead stepper motor.
